Recruitment Position L&D Leader

General Job Description:

  • Develop and implement internal training plans for all employees, with a strong focus on technical skills for outsourcing projects.

  • Analyze training needs from departments, projects, and clients to design appropriate programs.

  • Manage internal instructors and training partners to ensure teaching quality.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, progress reports, and employee feedback.

  • Coordinate with HR and Department Heads to integrate training content into the performance appraisal system.

  • Update and apply new training trends (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning) within the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Internal Training / L&D, preferably in IT/Software/Outsourcing companies.

  • Experience in building and implementing specialized training programs for engineers (Dev, QA, BrSE, etc.).

  • Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing programs aligned with project/client goals.

  • Knowledge of modern learning models: e-learning, blended learning, microlearning.

  • Ability to develop training materials, workshops/seminars, and programs to promote an internal learning culture.

  • Ability to assess training effectiveness through KPIs, reports, and feedback surveys.

  • Strong skills in planning, progress management, and resource coordination.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of directly conducting certain training sessions.
