Job Description

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories (US), as well as user manuals and training materials.
• Translate business requirements into detailed and clear technical specifications for the development team (Developers and QA Engineers).
• Collaborate closely with Developers and Testers to explain business logic and clarify system requirements throughout the project lifecycle (Sprint/Release).

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT system development projects.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis within one or more of the following domains:
  • Banking
  • Finance
  • Enterprise Financial Management integrated with banking systems
  • Digital products and services for corporate customers
• Strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Proficient in business process modeling using BPMN, Flowcharts, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Experienced in creating project documentation such as BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Test Cases.
• Good English communication skills for daily work.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
