Job Description

Responsibilities

• Teach basic IT knowledge, business etiquette, and business mindset in Japanese to Vietnamese learners with Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching Japanese (experience is not limited to schools or language centers; in-house corporate training experience is also acceptable).
• Comfortable using computers and common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Experience reading, preparing, and teaching how to write business documents such as design specifications, technical documents, and reports.
• Practical experience in the IT industry, such as software development, system design, or business-related roles.
• Holder of the IT Passport Examination certification (or an equivalent entry-level IT certification).
