Job Description
Receive and analyze recruitment needs from the company’s management team.
Execute sourcing and candidate attraction strategies via LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, professional networks, and communities.
Search for and collaborate with external recruitment partners such as headhunters and hiring platforms.
Provide consultation to candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding for new hires.
Support the development and implementation of HR-related processes and policies.
Participate in organizing internal communication and corporate culture activities, such as birthdays, team building events, Year End Party, etc.
Draft training materials and deliver internal culture training sessions.
Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly) and handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Note: The ratio between recruitment and other HR tasks may be adjusted depending on the business period.
