Recruitment Position Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

Recruitment Activities (Account for 70% of the Role):

  • Receive and analyze recruitment needs from the company’s management team.

  • Execute sourcing and candidate attraction strategies via LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, professional networks, and communities.

  • Search for and collaborate with external recruitment partners such as headhunters and hiring platforms.

  • Provide consultation to candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding for new hires.

Other HR and Administrative Tasks (Account for 30% of the Role):

  • Support the development and implementation of HR-related processes and policies.

  • Participate in organizing internal communication and corporate culture activities, such as birthdays, team building events, Year End Party, etc.

  • Draft training materials and deliver internal culture training sessions.

  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly) and handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Note: The ratio between recruitment and other HR tasks may be adjusted depending on the business period.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR in an IT company (preferably in the Japanese market).
  • Experience and knowledge of basic administrative and HR tasks.
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, open-minded, proactive at work, and highly responsible.
  • Passion for the technology environment, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Preferred: Candidates who can use Japanese at work or have the intention to learn Japanese.
