Manage and coordinate projects with 5–10 Vietnamese members, covering everything from requirement definition to development and operations based on customer needs. Projects range from business systems, e-commerce (EC), to websites. You will be assigned according to your expertise and experience.
Take on larger-scale projects as a senior manager, overseeing multiple teams with dozens of members, while also expanding into new projects and services leveraging your technical strengths.
Project Management (PM):
Understand and capture requirements, manage/assign tasks, review specifications and design documents
Communicate with clients (discussions, reporting, follow-ups)
Adjust project scope
Manage specification changes
Manage resources
Manage schedules and progress
Ensure quality during the implementation phase
Plan and execute releases
Exchange and share information with the development team (Vietnamese BrSEs)
Proactively make proposals to increase revenue
Mandatory:
At least 1 year of offshore project management experience as PM
At least 3 years of experience as PM/PL in projects with teams of 10+ members
Over 3 years of experience in requirement definition and basic design in web application development projects
Over 3 years of experience working directly with clients
Strong communication skills
High sense of responsibility and proactivity
Able to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Logical thinking and clear communication skills
Capable of contributing diverse value to projects
Preferred:
Experience in developing or designing web applications
Experience in designing or building cloud architecture (AWS)
Experience in offshore development projects
Experience in personnel management (line management)
Vietnamese proficiency at daily conversation or business level
