Recruitment Position Manual QA/Tester (English)

Job Description

  • Write test cases and create detailed test data to ensure the quality of all applications before delivery to clients.

  • Perform functional, usability, and operational testing of software products.

  • Report and verify bugs.

  • Report testing results to the Test Leader.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working as a Tester/QA.

  • Experience testing web applications, desktop apps, native apps, APIs, and batch processes.

  • Solid understanding of software testing phases (Unit, Integration, Functional, System, Acceptance) and testing techniques.

  • Ability to create relevant documentation: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and test reports.

  • Proficiency in SQL queries and experience working with databases.

  • Able to read and understand project specifications and confirm requirements.

  • Familiar with testing tools used for test execution and management.

  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

  • Proactive and able to research and understand new systems.

  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities when requested by the Test Leader.

  • Able to estimate tasks and manage personal workload.

  • Experience in e-commerce projects is preferred.

  • Fluent in English communication (reading, writing, speaking).

  • Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) is a plus.
