Mô tả công việc:

• Là cầu nối giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội dự án ở Việt Nam.
• Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật: giao tiếp, thương lượng, nhận, phân tích các yêu cầu của dự án phần mềm… và truyền đạt cho đội dự án ở Việt Nam.
• Là PM của dự án: Lập kế hoạch, theo dõi tiến độ, quản lý nhóm…
• Kiểm soát tiến độ thực hiện dự án, phối hợp với khách hàng và giám đốc trong việc quản lý dự án.

Yêu cầu:

• Tiếng nhật tương đương N2, giao tiếp tốt với người Nhật.
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lí dự án phần mềm cho khách hàng Nhật
• Có kinh nghiệm và thành thạo một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình Java/PHP/.Net/Magento …
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục tốt.
• Am hiểu về văn hóa, phong cách làm việc của người Nhật.
• Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã từng làm việc tại Nhật.

Job Description

• Act as the bridge between Japanese clients and the project team in Vietnam.

• Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them clearly to the Vietnam project team.

• Take on the role of Project Manager: create plans, monitor progress, and manage the team.

• Control project schedules and coordinate with clients and company directors in project management.

Requirements

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, with strong communication skills in Japanese.

• At least 2 years of experience managing software projects for Japanese clients.

• Proficiency and hands-on experience in at least one programming language such as Java / PHP / .NET / Magento …

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Solid understanding of Japanese culture and working style.

• Candidates with prior working experience in Japan are preferred.
