Recruitment Position Technical Leader (Magento)

Job Description

1. Project Technical Management

  • Design system architecture (Magento 2, Shopify, etc.)

  • Analyze requirements, review solutions and source code

  • Provide guidance and technical support to team developers

2. Building & Maintaining Technical Quality

  • Ensure compliance with internal development processes and coding standards

  • Collaborate with QA to promote testing, test case development, and automation testing

  • Improve system performance, security, and stability

3. Product Development

  • Participate in developing EC solutions on Magento 2, Shopify

  • Develop and integrate AI-powered extensions

4. Technology Research & Knowledge Transfer

  • Research new solutions (AI applications, headless architecture, automation, etc.)

  • Train and share knowledge with the team

  • Propose technology and tool improvements aligned with departmental goals

Future Prospects (6–12 months)

  • Become a Technical Leader taking full responsibility for the department’s advanced technical roles

  • Serve as the technical focal point in key projects and strategic initiatives


Requirements

  • ≥ 5 years as a developer, ≥ 2 years as a team lead

  • Experience with Magento 2 projects

  • Adobe Commerce Master certification & Shopify implementation experience is a plus

  • Good understanding of systems (CI/CD, Redis, Docker, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch)

Skills:

  • Strong communication and team direction skills

  • Process-oriented mindset with focus on quality and performance

  • Experience using AI in development work is a bonus
