Write test cases and create detailed test data to ensure the quality of all applications before delivery to clients.
Perform functional, usability, and operational testing of software products.
Report and verify bugs.
Report testing results to the Test Leader.
2–3 years of experience working as a Tester/QA.
Experience testing web applications, desktop apps, native apps, APIs, and batch processes.
Solid understanding of software testing phases (Unit, Integration, Functional, System, Acceptance) and testing techniques.
Ability to create relevant documentation: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and test reports.
Proficiency in SQL queries and experience working with databases.
Able to read and understand project specifications and confirm requirements.
Familiar with testing tools used for test execution and management.
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
Proactive and able to research and understand new systems.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Willing to take on additional responsibilities when requested by the Test Leader.
Able to estimate tasks and manage personal workload.
Experience in e-commerce projects is preferred.
Fluent in English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) is a plus.
