Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Development
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and monitor technology trends (AI, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) to identify learning demands and develop training products aligned with market needs.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with the Director in charge of Training to establish short-term and long-term business strategies for the Training Center.
- Revenue Management: Develop pricing policies, promotional programs, and training service packages. Build sustainable training business models to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish B2B partnerships to provide manpower services and customized corporate training programs.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop communication plans, advertising content, and campaigns to attract potential learners (leads).
2. Operations & Hands-on Execution
– Training Operations Management
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual training plans.
- Manage all training activities of the center.
- Ensure courses are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
– Training Program Development
- Research market and enterprise training demands.
- Propose new training programs.
- Design training frameworks and curricula.
- Review and continuously improve training materials and documentation.
- Standardize training processes and learner assessment methods.
– Trainer Management
- Recruit and develop networks of internal and external trainers.
- Evaluate trainer competencies.
- Organize Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Monitor training quality and teaching effectiveness.
- Handle issues arising between learners and trainers.
– Training Quality Management
- Establish training KPIs.
- Monitor course completion rates.
- Track certification pass rates.
- Measure learner satisfaction levels.
- Propose continuous quality improvement initiatives.
– Collaboration with Enterprises and Universities
- Work with companies to develop training programs tailored to recruitment needs.
- Coordinate with universities to implement training courses.
- Participate in developing strategic training partnerships.
– Operational Management
- Manage training budgets.
- Control trainer-related and operational costs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on student recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with Back Office and Accounting teams.
– Reporting
- Provide periodic reports to the Training Center Director.
- Monitor training and business KPIs.
- Recommend strategies and initiatives for the center’s development.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a training center.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (both technical reading comprehension and verbal communication).
- Experience in curriculum development and trainer capability building.
- Knowledge of international certifications in software testing, cybersecurity, and related areas is an advantage.

- Understanding of software development processes and software testing.
- Proficiency in training content creation tools and basic image/video design.
- Hands-on experience with LMS, CRM, Excel/BI for data analysis, and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
