Job Description:
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the project team in Vietnam.
Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather, and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the project team in Vietnam.
Serve as the Project Manager (PM): plan, monitor progress, and manage the team.
Control project progress and coordinate with clients and directors in project management.
Requirements:
Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2; good communication skills with Japanese clients.
At least 2 years of experience managing software projects for Japanese clients.
Strong leadership and proactive project management skills.
Experience communicating directly with Japanese clients for progress reports, requirement clarification, etc.
Experience in schedule management, including creating WBS and tracking task progress.
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Ability to read and understand source code.
Ability to review and evaluate code written by other developers.
Experience with Spring Boot is a plus, but not required.
PostgreSQL:
Able to write SQL queries.
Able to review SQL statements written by others.
Experience with system operations, including using CodePipeline and deploying via console interface.
Experience in source code and configuration management using Git.
Experience developing e-commerce systems is a plus, but not required.
Able to analyze requirements and create specification documents based on client needs.
Able to identify test perspectives based on client requirements.
Able to review test cases, test perspectives, and evidence created by others.
