Job Description:

• Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the project team in Vietnam.

• Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather, and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the project team in Vietnam.

• Serve as the Project Manager (PM): plan, monitor progress, and manage the team.

• Control project progress and coordinate with clients and directors in project management.

Requirements:

Soft Skills

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2; good communication skills with Japanese clients.

• At least 2 years of experience managing software projects for Japanese clients.

• Strong leadership and proactive project management skills.

• Experience communicating directly with Japanese clients for progress reports, requirement clarification, etc.

• Experience in schedule management, including creating WBS and tracking task progress.

Development / Implementation

• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Ability to read and understand source code.

• Ability to review and evaluate code written by other developers.

• Experience with Spring Boot is a plus, but not required.

• PostgreSQL:

  • Able to write SQL queries.

  • Able to review SQL statements written by others.

• Experience with system operations, including using CodePipeline and deploying via console interface.

• Experience in source code and configuration management using Git.

• Experience developing e-commerce systems is a plus, but not required.

Design

• Able to analyze requirements and create specification documents based on client needs.

Testing

• Able to identify test perspectives based on client requirements.

• Able to review test cases, test perspectives, and evidence created by others.
