Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Business Strategy & Business Development
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and stay updated on technology trends (AI, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) to identify training demands and develop market-driven training products.
- Revenue Management: Be responsible for enrollment targets (revenue KPIs), pricing strategies, promotions, and training packages. Develop sustainable training business models to ensure revenue and profitability.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish B2B partnerships for talent supply and customized corporate training programs.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to plan communication strategies, promotional content, and lead-generation campaigns.
2. Academic Planning & Content Management
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Collaborate with internal UM/PM teams to identify skill gaps. Design surveys, analyze data, and prepare periodic TNA reports.
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop annual/quarterly/monthly training plans. Prepare detailed budgets (instructors, facilities, certifications) while ensuring target profit margins.
- Curriculum Development: Review and validate content from SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). Define learning approaches (Blended Learning, Workshops, Seminars). Participate in designing key programs (BA, PM/BrSE, AI, etc.). Coordinate with SMEs to digitalize training materials (slides, videos, handbooks).
- Trainer Management: Recruit and manage internal and external trainers. Conduct “Train-the-Trainer” programs to ensure teaching quality.
- Research & Development (R&D): Continuously update training programs based on emerging technologies. Propose advanced learning methods such as e-learning and hybrid learning models.
3. Execution & Operations
- Training Delivery: Conduct onboarding and corporate culture modules for new employees when required. Deliver soft skills, management skills, or relevant technical training courses.
- Logistics & Onboarding: Coordinate training rooms, equipment, scheduling notifications, and attendance tracking. Organize technology sharing sessions.
- System Management (LMS/CRM): Manage learner data, upload courses, and grant system access to optimize learner engagement and management.
- Certification Management: Design certification roadmaps and support employees in obtaining international certifications (ISTQB, AWS, PMP, etc.). Track progress for incentives and rewards.
- CW Tech Academy Operations: Manage and optimize the overall operations of CW Tech Academy, ensuring training quality and international standards compliance.
- Team Management: Lead and manage trainers, training experts, and academy staff. Ensure training programs meet international certification standards (ISTQB, AWS, etc.).
4. Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Quality Control: Conduct satisfaction surveys (CSAT) and design post-training competency assessments.
- Reporting & Improvement: Analyze training ROI and business effectiveness. Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Management and propose data-driven process improvements.
Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or Human Resource Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in Training/L&D or training center management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in IT Outsourcing, Software House, or EdTech companies.
- Strong English communication skills (technical reading and verbal communication).
- Experience in designing training programs and developing trainer teams.
- Knowledge of international certifications in software testing, security, etc.
2. Skills & Tools
- Leadership & Management: Team leadership, financial management, and training center operations.
- Training Strategy Development: Ability to build training roadmaps aligned with market trends.
- Partnership & Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with enterprises and universities.
- Confident presentation and classroom delivery skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills (B2B Sales); understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and basic image/video design.
- Strong skills in LMS, CRM, Excel/BI (data analysis), and project tools such as Jira/Trello.
