Recruitment Position Manual QA/Tester

Job Description

  • Write test cases and create detailed test data for projects to ensure the quality of all product applications before delivering to clients.

  • Perform functional, operational, and usability testing of products.

  • Report and verify identified bugs.

  • Report test results to the Test Leader.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Tester/QA role.

  • Proficient in English communication; Japanese ~N3 level.

  • Experience in testing web, desktop, native applications, APIs, and batch processing.

  • Knowledge of software testing processes such as different testing phases (Unit Test, Integration Test, Functional Test, System Test, Acceptance Test, etc.) and testing techniques.

  • Ability to create test-related documents (test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test reports).

  • Ability to write SQL queries and experience working with databases.

  • Ability to read and understand project specifications.

  • Experience with test tools used to support testing activities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as requested by the Test Leader.

  • Ability to estimate workload and manage personal tasks effectively.
