Job Description

• Deploy and manage development environments, including DEV, SIT, UAT, and Production, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Build, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Package and deploy applications on AWS and on-premise infrastructure using Kubernetes.
• Implement code quality control and DevSecOps security tools.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management systems.
• Design and implement backup, restore, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security teams, and customers throughout system deployment and operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Scripting and automation tool development.
  • Pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • AWS, Kubernetes, and on-premise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform/Ansible, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Strong Linux administration skills and proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Good understanding of networking, security, logging, backup, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• 1–2 years of experience working on Banking, Finance, or FinTech projects.
• Solid understanding of environment management, change management, release management, and Production incident handling within banking systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with international clients, including participating in technical discussions and meetings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hybrid AWS and on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or CIS Benchmark.
• Experience with Core Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Systems, Card Systems, API Gateway, or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Professional certifications such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are a plus.
