Recruitment Position QA Manager

Job Description

  • Resource Coordination: Receive and clarify requirements from clients; allocate resources effectively based on actual project needs.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project-related issues; proactively identify risks and provide timely warnings and solutions to clients.
  • Quality Assurance Oversight: Supervise all ongoing projects to ensure the quality of deliverables and testing results; review all output documents before delivering to clients.
  • Develop and maintain training materials within the project.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new team members.
  • Talent Development: Evaluate team members’ capabilities and create development plans tailored to each individual.
  • Identify opportunities to expand project scope and business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a QA Manager or QA Lead position.
  • Fluent in English communication, with the ability to understand technical terminology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Experience in E-commerce domain is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing teams of 8–20 members.
