Training Content

• Foundational training on programming principles and techniques (Clean Code, DRY, Design Patterns, etc.)

• Introduction to software project workflows (Agile, Kanban)

• Training and hands-on practice with Git/Gitflow and code review processes

• Hands-on practice in Dev Testing within the company’s development environment

• Training in reporting skills, reporting methods, and project communication

• Guidance on using AI as a supporting tool in software development (source code reading and understanding, writing sample code, refactoring, logic checking – in compliance with security regulations)

Internship Content

• Programming practice and application of acquired knowledge in a real working environment

• Familiarization with the company’s project processes, tools, and collaboration methods

Requirements

• Students majoring in Information Technology (priority given to final-year students or fresh graduates)

• Basic programming knowledge and logical thinking

• Ability to self-learn and proactively solve problems

• Initial experience with at least one programming language

• Basic understanding of Git and software development processes

• Minimum internship commitment of 80 hours per month
