With the goal of expanding domestic business activities in Vietnam – a growing market,
CO-WELL Asia is looking for its first domestic business personnel, responsible for proposing and selling custom software development services and new SaaS solutions to businesses and organizations in Vietnam.
This is a key position in building the business department with the mission to achieve sales targets, lead business activities with domestic companies, and lay the foundation for the future business team.
Search for new potential customers in Vietnam (via fairs, referrals, digital channels, etc.).
Consultative sales for the company’s offshore services and SaaS solutions.
Listen to customer needs, identify problems, and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
Negotiate contracts, manage progress, and coordinate with the project management department after signing.
Prepare quotations and business proposal documents (in collaboration with the technical team and internal management).
Coordinate resources, manage schedules, and share arising issues.
Weekly and monthly reporting, revenue forecasting.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience in business with corporate customers (over 2 years).
Basic knowledge of the IT industry or software/system development.
Experience in business with enterprises in Vietnam.
Ability to use English and Japanese for business purposes at work.
For Japanese candidates: ability to coordinate with local staff.
Preferred Conditions:
Japanese candidates living in Vietnam or Vietnamese candidates who understand Japanese corporate culture.
Proven track record and experience in selling SaaS solutions, web systems, or cloud solutions.
Relationships with organizations or associations.
Experience working at Japanese IT companies or foreign companies.
Experience in designing KPIs for business activities and customer acquisition channels.
