E-commerce Digital Transformation Division is looking for experienced professionals capable of independently handling medium to complex functional modules on Magento 2. The candidate should also be able to support junior team members and participate in e-commerce website implementation projects for both domestic and international markets.
Participate in the development, customization, and extension of features on the Magento 2 platform (Open Source or Adobe Commerce).
Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop new functionalities.
Optimize performance, refactor code, and ensure high technical quality.
Support junior developers by reviewing code and providing technical explanations when needed.
Work closely with QA/BrSE to handle bugs and ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in system integration and deployment using REST API, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and more.
3+ years of experience in Magento 2 development.
Strong understanding of Magento architecture, ability to develop modules, use observers, plugins, override layouts/templates, and UI components.
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery or KnockoutJS).
Familiar with Git and experienced in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience or knowledge of REST API, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Redis is a plus.
Able to work independently and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
Capable of reading and understanding technical documents in English.
Adobe Commerce Certified Expert is a big plus.
Experience in delivering e-commerce sites for Japanese, US, or EU markets.
English or Japanese communication skills are a strong advantage.
