Job Description:

• Act as the liaison between customers (Product Owner) and the Agile Team

• Receive and analyze requirements for new system development or maintenance of existing systems from clients

• Clearly communicate all discussions and requirements from clients to the team

• Track the team’s daily progress and report status to clients, especially highlighting obstacles that require client support

• Work with the team to analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions

Scrum Master

• Ensure the team operates at maximum productivity and efficiency under the Scrum framework

• Build a self-organizing, flexible, and proactive team that can handle client requests quickly and optimally

• Identify and remove obstacles affecting the team by coordinating with stakeholders outside the team

Requirements:

Mandatory

• Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher

• Solid knowledge of web systems, information systems, and modern software development practices, preferably with hands-on experience in:

  • HTTP/HTTPS, Server-Client model, API development

  • Web servers (Apache, Nginx)

  • Docker

  • Windows/Linux (Scheduler, Cronjob, Batch script, Shell script, etc.)

  • AWS CI/CD (Pipeline, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, Fargate)

  • Common AWS services for web development (EC2, RDS, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, SG, CloudWatch, EventBridge, etc.)

  • Low-code development (Informatica)

  • MS SQL Server, Snowflake, ElasticSearch

  • SPA development with VueJS3 or other JS/TS frameworks

  • Automation knowledge with Selenium & Chrome (web scraping, auto testing)

  • Task scheduling on Windows/Linux

• Strong knowledge and experience with the Scrum model

• Strong skills in requirement management, logical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication

• Experience in configuration management throughout software projects (from PoC to post-release maintenance)

Preferred

• Programming experience in Python or PHP (Flask, Django, Laravel, CakePHP, etc.)

• Frontend programming experience with JS/TypeScript frameworks (jQuery, VueJS3)

• Code review and debugging skills

• Knowledge of AI model development (e.g., Computer Vision projects)

• Good reading/writing skills in English
