YEP Đà Nẵng: Carp to Dragon

At the Đà Nẵng branch, Year End Party (YEP) 2023, themed “Carp to Dragon,” was more than just a story of change and growth. It was a testament to strength, determination, and resilience. CO-WELL Asia in Đà Nẵng is on a journey of transformation. Like the fearless carp battling fierce waves, overcoming the legendary Dragon Gate, and rising as a mighty dragon.

On the evening of January 26, CO-WELLers gathered for an intimate celebration, dressed in traditional attire. The night was filled with energy—from vibrant in-house performances and exciting lucky draws to the tribute to outstanding teams and individuals. A toast from the Board officially marked the start of a new year, promising transformation and triumph.

YEP Hanoi: Fires of Change

Under the theme“Fires of Change,”YEP Hanoi symbolized the burning determination of CO-WELLers to embrace transformation—past, present, and future. This event marked the second phase of change: transformation from within. With a strong desire to regenerate and grow together, CO-WELL Asia is evolving to seize opportunities, striving forward, and preparing for 2024—the year of transformation that brings new possibilities.

YEP Hanoi kicked off with theSpring Market, held on January 12. This event provided CO-WELLers a fun space to showcase their business skills and bring the festive Tet atmosphere to the Relax Zone.

The grand YEP celebration on February 2 seamlessly incorporated the theme of“CHANGE”in every aspect—from planning and promotion to execution. First, the venue itself was a major shift, as YEP was hosted for the first time at alively Beer Bar. Then came the technological upgrade:AI-powered facial recognition check-in, developed by the young engineers of CO-WELL Asia Hanoi’s R&D team. Finally, the fresh program flow kept CO-WELLers and guests engaged, leading them from one surprise to another, creating an unforgettable experience.
