Job Description
-Timekeeping Management
- Manage the monthly attendance system for full-time employees, collaborators, and part-time staff.
- Monitor and update data related to leave requests, overtime, resignations, onsite/remote employees, etc.
- Ensure attendance data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
-Internal Training Coordination
- Collaborate with the Training Department to implement internal training programs according to plan.
- Support training organization activities: program communication, training schedule arrangement, preparation of materials and classrooms, and tracking training results.
- Prepare periodic training reports.
-Collaborator/Part-time Staff Management
- Manage records, contracts, and employee information of collaborators/part-time staff.
-Performance Evaluation System Management
- Implement and manage the periodic employee performance evaluation system (twice a year).
- Monitor evaluation progress across departments.
- Consolidate results, prepare reports, and maintain evaluation records.
-Company Certification Management
- Manage policies, records, and data related to company training certifications.
- Handle reports and payment procedures related to certification exams.
Other Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic reports as required by government authorities (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Support procedures related to personal tax code registration for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in C&B or HR Generalist positions.
- Good understanding of Labor Law and regularly updated on new labor-related regulations and decrees.
- Proficient in Excel and data processing skills.
- Good document drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
