On March 8th, CO-WELL Asia’s offices in Hanoi and Da Nang became more vibrant than ever, filled with joyful and meaningful celebrations in honor of International Women’s Day.

Ha Noi

At CO-WELL Asia Hanoi, the usual busy workspace transformed into a hub of creativity and fun. In the morning, our female employees took part in the “Make Me Happy” workshop, where they relaxed and expressed their creativity by crafting scented wax decorations, chunky bags, and floral clay mirrors. The beautifully captured photos at the event’s photo zone further enhanced the cheerful and inspiring atmosphere.

In the afternoon, the “Make Her Happy” contest gave CO-WELL’s male employees a chance to show off their crafting skills by creating adorable velvet wire flowers as heartfelt gifts for their female colleagues. Additionally, men from different departments and production units at CO-WELL personally organized warm and thoughtful gatherings to express appreciation for the invaluable contributions of their female colleagues. 

Da Nang

At CO-WELL Da Nang, the “Spring Market Festival” welcomed female employees with a variety of exciting experiences. More than just a traditional market, the festival was a celebration of meaningful gifts, where every item carried a touch of sincerity and appreciation.

Beyond shopping, the festival provided a lively spring atmosphere where attendees could capture memorable moments with check-in photos and receive lucky gifts.

These activities were more than just opportunities for relaxation and socializing—they were a celebration of the vital role of women in both the workplace and everyday life.
