Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand test cases, then execute tests in the staging environment.
• Perform Manual Testing, API Testing, Functional Testing, UI Testing, and System Testing according to project requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects clearly, with the ability to determine root causes.
• Collaborate closely with Developers and the Test Leader to ensure product quality.
• Participate in reviewing project documents (requirements, specifications, test cases) and propose improvements to testing quality and processes.
• Prioritize and manage assigned tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular status updates to the Test Leader and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, test case design, test data preparation, and bug reporting.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation from Developers and translate it into test specifications.
• Capable of working independently with strong task prioritization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on e-commerce projects is a plus.
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
