We are looking for an experienced Tester with strong analytical thinking and independence, ready to accompany project teams through critical phases—especially during client go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand test cases, and execute test runs in staging environments.

• Perform Manual testing / API testing / Functional testing, UI testing, and System testing according to project requirements.

• Identify, analyze, and report defects clearly, with the ability to determine root causes.

• Collaborate closely with Devs and Test Leaders to ensure deliverable quality.

• Participate in document reviews (requirements, specs, test cases), and suggest improvements to quality and testing processes.

• Proactively monitor and handle issues arising during the UAT or go-live phases, including providing off-hours support to clients when necessary.

• Prioritize and manage personal workload, ensuring on-time completion without compromising quality.

• Track progress and regularly update work status to leaders or relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a QA/QC Engineer or Software Tester.

• Good capability in reading, analyzing technical documentation, and executing test cases.

• Proficient in requirement analysis, test case writing, test data preparation, and bug reporting.

• Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.) is an advantage.

• Strong Quality Mindset: Sharp eye for defects, logical thinking, always prioritizing customer interests and user experience.

• Ability to work independently, self-organize tasks, manage progress, and prioritize effectively.

• Meticulous, highly responsible, and supportive team spirit.

• Big Plus: Prior experience supporting system deployments (Go-live) or real-world system operations (Production).

Languages:

• Fluent English (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing): Participate in meetings, technical discussions with Developers, and explain issues to clients in English.
