CO-WELL Asia and FPT Aptech Hanoi Form Strategic Partnership to Empower Future Developers

On April 14, 2025, CO-WELL Asia officially signed a collaboration agreement with FPT Aptech Hanoi. The ceremony took place at the National Innovation Center (NIC), marking an important step in linking education with industry. This partnership aims to provide practical opportunities and valuable experiences for students at FPT Aptech.

Bridging Education and Industry
The signing ceremony was part of FPT Aptech’s effort to strengthen connections between schools and IT companies. Several well-known tech firms joined the event, including WINDSoft Vietnam, Savvycom Solution, and CO-WELL Asia.
During her speech, Ms. Phuong Anh, Deputy Director of FPT International Training Institute, shared:
“The relationship between schools and businesses is key to ensuring practical training quality. At FPT Aptech, we always focus on hands-on skills that companies truly need. This signing is not just about cooperation. It’s a chance for both sides to understand each other better and create more value for students.”
Representatives from partner companies also introduced their organizations through engaging videos. These helped attendees understand each company’s direction and culture.

Mr. Oshima Azuma, General Director of CO-WELL Asia, also delivered a heartfelt speech in Vietnamese. He emphasized:

This collaboration continues CO-WELL Asia’s long-standing commitment to supporting education in Vietnam. Over the years, the company has worked with numerous universities and institutions through scholarships, guest lectures, internships, and training support.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan, Training Director at FPT Aptech, added that the school’s curriculum is tailored to meet market needs. It is regularly updated with the latest tech trends, including Big Data and AI. This helps reduce training time when students enter the workforce.
Ms. Tran Huong, Head of Student Affairs, noted:
