This year, CO-WELL’s offices in Hanoi and Da Nang marked International Women’s Day with joyful and meaningful activities.

In Hanoi

On March 7, CO-WELL Hanoi hosted a warm and heartfelt celebration for International Women’s Day – Gieo (Sow). This special event honored the talented, strong, and inspiring women who have contributed to the company’s success.

The highlight of the event was the “Gieo Dấu Ấn” (Sow a Mark) creative DIY workshop series, where female employees actively participated in hands-on activities. These workshops not only provided an opportunity for self-expression but also offered a relaxing and enjoyable break from the busy workweek.

In the afternoon, the “Gieo Khoảnh Khắc” (Capturing Moments) activity brought teams together at the beautifully decorated “Gieo” photobooth to capture stunning photos, preserving memories of this special day. Meanwhile, the “Gieo Yêu Thương” (Spreading Love) activity filled the event space with warmth as heartfelt wishes and thoughtful gifts were shared among colleagues.

Prior to the main event, the “Gieo Tâm Ý” (Thoughtful Messages) contest invited employees to submit photos and videos sharing memorable stories and messages of appreciation for their female colleagues. This initiative spread a spirit of respect and equality, reinforcing CO-WELL’s commitment to a supportive and inclusive workplace.

In Da Nang

At CO-WELL Da Nang, the SHE SHINES celebration was filled with exciting activities designed for the female team members. Though fewer in number, the women of CO-WELL Da Nang enjoyed a vibrant and meaningful celebration.

The event featured two engaging workshops: painting glass night lamps and decorating plant pots. These creative activities allowed participants to unleash their artistic talents and craft unique, personalized items.

Of course, no Women’s Day celebration would be complete without special treats. A crispy, buttery croissant paired with a signature Central Vietnam salted coffee added a delightful touch, providing a sweet start to the day. Laughter and joy filled the air as participants captured radiant moments through check-in photos, making the celebration even more memorable.

International Women’s Day at CO-WELL is a testament to the company’s deep appreciation and strong support for its female employees. This spirit of recognition and inclusivity remains a top priority in CO-WELL’s journey of growth.
