Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional training on Automation Testing under the guidance of experienced Automation QA/Test Leaders.
• Gain hands-on experience by working on real Automation Testing projects.
• Learn standardized Automation Testing processes and best practices used in software development projects.
• Create test cases and execute automated tests.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Automation Testing.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 or above, or English proficiency with TOEIC 650+ (or equivalent).
• Preferred qualifications:
  • GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above.
  • Outstanding academic achievements, participation in competitions, research projects, or personal software projects.
• Eager to learn, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
