Recruitment Position Sales IT Support (Japanese)

Job Description:

Lead Management & Tracking

  • Manage and track leads from generation to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on sales activities.

Customer Care

  • Act as the main point of contact to support customers before, during, and after contract signing.

  • Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Technical & Product Support

  • Conduct product demos, provide usage guidance, and explain IT features to customers.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to address customer requirements.

  • Support translation/interpretation during customer meetings when required.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Provide regular work reports to direct managers.
  • Support the preparation of sales and product documents in Japanese/English.

Job Requirements:

  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, with fluent communication in a professional environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Sales, preferably in the Japanese market.
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry or software/system development.
  • Familiarity with software solutions, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in work.
  • English proficiency for business use is a plus.
