We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer with hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge AI models in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI (text and image). You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing high-performance AI systems to power real-world products.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI algorithms and models in Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI

• Build, train, and fine-tune Deep Learning models for specific use cases

• Develop and deploy AI services, package applications with Docker to ensure scalability and flexibility

• Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, data collection & preprocessing, model development, deployment, and maintenance

• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams to integrate AI solutions into final products

• Manage project source code, provide progress reports, and participate in Agile project management processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Proficiency in Python (C++ is a plus)

• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Scikit-learn, Diffusers, Keras, etc.

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains:

  • Computer Vision: Object Detection, Object Segmentation, OCR

  • NLP & LLM: Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition, Sentiment Analysis, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, LoRA/QLoRA

  • Generative AI: GANs, VAEs, Diffusion models, Agentic AI workflows with tool-augmented agents or function-calling

• Deployment skills:

  • Proficiency with Docker, Nginx

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and deploying AI models as APIs (RESTful, gRPC) with FastAPI/Flask

  • Strong understanding of Git-based source control

• Additional skills:

  • Strong logical thinking, creativity, and adaptability

  • Ability to read and understand whitepapers and academic research
