Job Description

AI Vision – Computer Vision

• Research, develop, and integrate AI models for image and video analytics.
• Develop features including Face Recognition, Fire & Smoke Detection, Object Detection, PPE Detection, and Intrusion Detection.
• Integrate AI with IP camera systems, RTSP, and the CW AI VISION platform.
• Optimize model accuracy, real-time processing performance, and GPU/CPU resource utilization.
• Deploy AI solutions on Edge, On-premise, and Cloud environments.

AI Agent & Workflow Automation

• Develop AI Agents using LLMs, RAG, and Tool Calling.
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate business processes.
• Integrate AI with ERP, CRM, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop OCR, Document AI, and Intelligent Automation applications.
• Optimize AI performance, operating costs, and security.

Pre-sales & PoC

• Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze customer requirements and provide AI solution consulting.
• Assess technical feasibility, propose system architectures, and estimate implementation costs.
• Develop demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), present solutions, and evaluate results with customers.
• Support the preparation of Technical Proposals and the implementation of real-world solutions.

Product Development & Deployment

• Develop reusable and commercially viable AI modules.
• Build APIs, integrate AI components, and deploy AI products.
• Optimize system quality, performance, and scalability.
• Research and recommend technologies to continuously improve products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, including Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation, Cross-Validation, Overfitting, and Underfitting.
• Experience building, training, and optimizing Machine Learning/Deep Learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; knowledge of algorithms such as Decision Trees and Random Forests, as well as model optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++; experience with the Python AI ecosystem, including NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and related libraries.
• Experience developing backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent Python web frameworks.
• Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including System Design, Git, Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Testing, Logging, and Monitoring.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:

Computer Vision / Image Processing

• Experience with Image Classification, Object Detection, Segmentation, OCR, and Tracking.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and image processing with OpenCV; experience with YOLO-family models, Detectron2, Mask R-CNN, SAM, or similar technologies.
• Experience with the full model development lifecycle, from Dataset Preparation and Annotation to Training, Fine-tuning, and Model Evaluation using metrics such as mAP, Precision, Recall, and F1-score.

LLM / Chatbot / NLP Systems

• Experience developing applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, Structured Output, Tool Calling, Function Calling, Context Management, Fine-tuning, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Experience building RAG systems, including Chunking, Embedding, Retrieval, Reranking, Evaluation, and Vector Databases.

AI Agent

• Experience designing and developing AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, or Multi-Agent Systems.
• Understanding of Agent Architecture, Planning, Memory Management, and Tool Integration.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.

Time Series Forecasting / Anomaly Detection

• Experience building time-series forecasting and anomaly detection models, evaluating model performance, and deploying models on real-world data.

Recommendation Systems / Fraud Detection

• Experience developing recommendation, ranking, or fraud detection systems.
• Understanding of Feature Engineering, Ranking, Candidate Retrieval, Model Evaluation, and model optimization for large-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking, self-learning ability, and the capacity to quickly adopt new AI technologies.
• Good command of written technical English, with effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI products in production environments for real customers or end users.
• Experience optimizing AI system performance in terms of latency, throughput, and operating costs.
• Experience deploying systems on Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), implementing CI/CD pipelines, Containerization, and GPU Deployment.
• Experience deploying or operating LLM serving systems such as vLLM, SGLang, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes and MLOps/LLMOps tools, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows, and Weights & Biases.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for LLM or RAG systems, such as RAGAS, DeepEval, or LLM-as-a-Judge.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, or other Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) techniques.
