• Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng: từ tiếp cận khách hàng, thu thập yêu cầu, xây dựng giải pháp đề xuất, đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng đến chăm sóc sau bán hàng.
• Làm việc chặt chẽ với team Presales, Delivery và Marketing để đảm bảo giải pháp đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng.
• Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ lâu dài, tin cậy với khách hàng doanh nghiệp B2B
• Phân tích thị trường, theo dõi xu hướng ngành và đối thủ cạnh tranh để đề xuất chiến lược phát triển khách hàng
• Báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình kinh doanh, pipeline và kết quả cho Sales Manager/Director.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, CNTT hoặc liên quan.
• Có 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Sales trong lĩnh vực phần mềm, công nghệ, outsourcing, IT services.
• Hiểu biết về quy trình phát triển phần mềm, mô hình outsourcing, offshore development là lợi thế lớn.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, đàm phán tốt (ưu tiên biết Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Nhật)
• Có network khách hàng trong lĩnh vực IT/Software là một điểm cộng.
• Khả năng làm việc độc lập, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, hướng tới kết quả.

Job Description:

• Identify, build, and develop potential clients in software development and IT outsourcing services.

• Manage the entire sales cycle: from client acquisition, requirement gathering, solution proposal, negotiation, contract signing to after-sales support.

• Work closely with Presales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.

• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with B2B clients.

• Conduct market analysis, track industry trends and competitors to propose client development strategies.

• Provide periodic business reports, pipeline updates, and results to Sales Manager/Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales within software, technology, outsourcing, or IT services.

• Strong understanding of software development processes, outsourcing, and offshore development models is a big plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English and/or Japanese proficiency preferred).

• Existing client network in IT/Software is an advantage.
