CO-WELL GROUP AND BRAIN STATION PARTNERSHIP – A MOVE TO EXPAND COOPERATION TO THE SOUTH ASIA REGION

On July 25th, 2019, at CO-WELL Asia’s headquarter in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Memorandum of Understanding between CO-WELL Group and Brain Station 23 has been solemnly held after all discussions came into the final agreement.

With the orientation of expanding development to countries all over the world, constantly learning and improving service quality, and continuing to focus on training and improving the information technology expertise for the future labor force, CO-WELL has signed a memorandum of understanding with Brain Station 23 – one of the leading technology companies in Bangladesh.
The representative of Brain Station 23 attending the signing ceremony was Mr. Raisul Kabir – Brain Station 23 CEO and Mr. Mohammad Jannatul Ferdous – COO of Brain Station 23. Representing CO-WELL were Mr. Tomomichi Hirose – CO-WELL Group CEO and President of CO-WELL Asia, and Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong – General Director of CO-WELL Asia.

The memorandum of understanding between CO-WELL and Brain Station 23 affirmed the common goal of the two sides is to promote Japanese and information technology training in Bangladesh by building an effective strategic partnership. Accordingly, the two sides agreed to mutually provide human resources and other resources necessary to achieve the above objectives.

According to the memorandum, in addition to cooperation in the fields of education, information technology, and Japanese training, the two sides will constantly develop and learn from each other through cooperative activities in offshore services for the Japanese market.

The partnership between CO-WELL and Brain Station 23 once again affirms CO-WELL’s efforts to promote development, step by step to the world market, to provide services of international quality and continue to contribute to the development of Vietnam’s information technology industry in particular and the world in general.
